This is one of the questions every new traders asks. How to start Forex trading without risking too much. Well, my advice would be to use a demo account and practice  more. When you practice, you reduce the chances of losing all your capital by the time you move to a live account.

Another way to reduce your risks is by trading with free money from a broker. Forexchief is a broker that gives $100 startup fund and another bonus up to $500. With this money you can see what live trading is all about and if you are lucky you can make more money from this and never have to invest your own money. It is very easy to withdraw money from Forexchief.

Lastly, you can reduce your risks of Forex trading by making sure you follow the 2% rule. This means you choose to use only 2% of your capital on each trade. Make sure your set a stop loss and take profit every time.

I hope this helps.

Thank you for such an informative post. Yes, I know about Forexchief, one of the brokers I use. I no longer get the 100$ no deposit bonus because it is for new traders. But on every deposit I get 500% bonus. I also use their credit program, where I get extra credit whenever my margin is low. The broker is very supportive. Thank you again.

That is very informative! I am Forexchief user too and this is highly recommended one!

Yes they have been very good since I met them, and the bonuses are good. But what has really impressed me about their promotions and bonuses is the trading credits they offer to traders, which may be up to 70% of the deposit with no terms attached. This is really a great support from them.

It is also very important to check the terms associated with these bonuses before we consider them, and it shouldn't just be the sole reason we choose a broker. Though I must agree with the fact that Forechief is doing well when it comes to bonuses, especially the fact that it is usable and can be withdrawn is noteworthy. But one other thing I have appreciated about them is their variable spreads ranging from 0 pips with no requotes.

You got this right, their welcome bonus which is equal to 100% of the first deposit is credited automatically. The Profit can be withdrawn without any limitations, and the bonus itself can be withdrawn after required trading turnover completed.
